This machine is designed to produce cotton rolls at high speed and various diameters. The machine can produce uniform diameter cotton rolls regularly and shapes the rolls well. These rolls are then conveyed to the coating section where a starch-like coating is applied to the roll surface. The coated roll is then transferred to Teflon tape and passed through a resistance-heated oven to be dried. Once the cotton rolls are completely dried in the oven, they are ready for cutting and packaging.
